Terms And Conditions

1.All bookings require 48 hours notice of cancellation. There is a 100% charge for all no shows and  50% charge if bookings not cancelled in the 24 hours prior.

 

2 All appointments can only be held for a maximum of 15 minuets. After that time you will still be charged 100% of your treatment.

 

3 Please arrive for you appointment in plenty of time, this gives you time to choose a colour or design.

 

4 Please notify us at your appointment any health conditions you think may affect your treatment ie a nut allergy and diabetes .

5 All appointments should be made through the booking site. Please ensure you receive a booking reference.

 

6 We guarantee all our work. Any breakages or chips in the first 48 hours are repaired for free.

7 We reserve the right to halt any promotions without further warning.

8 Any promotional vouchers are only re deem able against the purchase stated in the promotion.
